Please note:-

*  There is a 18% BUYERS PREMIUM, which will be added to your bid. Please keep this is mind when bidding. Our auctioneer will remind everyone verbally during the auction.

* We guarantee the quality and authenticity of our products. Each piece will come with a certificate of authenticity as well.

* Please be confident in your bids.
When you bid on an item and win that item, you will be bidding against other bidder(s). Once you win that bid you are required to pay for that item, as it is a Federal offence to bid against other bidders, and change your mind i.e. refusal of payment, buyers remorse. Ultimately it is unfair to the person who was bidding against you, and lost that bid.

* If you have purchased anything at the auction, and decided to leave before the auction has completed please email us at gemtiqueauctions@gmail.com with your first and last name, along with the best phone number to reach you at so we can call you within the next two days to collect payment, and ship out your pieces to you.

* SHIPPING- Shipping cost’s will be determined on the amount spent, and value of the item(s) purchased. Each piece bought will be insured and does require an adult signature upon delivery.
